However, we are excited to announce that there are discussions about launching pop-up locations and markets in the near future. These temporary physical outlets will provide customers with an opportunity to experience our products first-hand.

A: BEAR & BONE is proud to ship mainly across Canada, using Canada Post and to the USA for select print on demand products.

A: At BEAR & BONE, we pride ourselves on being a slow fashion brand that emphasizes quality and sustainability.

As a result, a large majority of our items are are made to order, ensuring each piece is crafted with the utmost care.

Once you place your order, please allow between 2 to 14 days for us to complete your item.

After your order is shipped, delivery can take up to 7 days for local addresses.

If you're located farther away, it may take a bit longer.

Rest assured, we will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

A: At BEAR & BONE, we want you to love your new pieces! We accept returns on full-priced clothing and accessories within 14 days of the shipping date. All items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

• Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  

Returns must be sent back by mail at the purchaser’s expense. Once we receive your return, refunds will cover the product’s value only and will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear.

A: At BEAR & BONE, we understand the importance of getting your order just right. Because of that, you can adjust or cancel your order within 30 min of placing it.

We strive to accommodate your personal preferences to ensure your satisfaction with our handmade items. And if you would like one of our designs customized to your specific request, i.e: the length of a crop top or any other design adjustments, please email us promptly after placing your order at info@bearandbone.ca.

Note that any cancelations made after the 30 min window may not be possible due to the custom nature of our products. But we are happy to look into the request all the same.

A: At this time Bear & Bone is shipping all our Mens T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatpants, Hats, Caps and Beanies to the USA. Due to the nature of their origin (i.e printed on demand) the supplier is able to create our items in the USA and Canada, thus allowing us to offer them to more locations. All our handmade in Canada Items are unable to currently be shipped to the USA. If you would like an item specially made and mailed to you across the border—please reach out and we can arrange alternate shipping and send a separate invoice for customs/tariffs and duties.
