At Bear & Bone we take pride in providing a quality product that is not only ethically sourced from Quadra Island, BC but supports small businesses. Our Canvas Pouches and tote bags are a small extension of our business that shows our creative side and extends our products to not only our clients with long hair but to every person wanting to represent ethical fashion.
Our pouches made of beige canvas and have gold zipper hardware and are 4.5 x 8".

RETURN POLICY:
We are not able to accept returns on our products at this time.
However, if your product is received damaged please contact us within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost to yourself.
We only replace items that have broken due to a quality issue not due to user error or manipulation and we do require a photo of the broken item. Once we receive your email, description of the damage and pictures of the damage we will assess the concern and either approve or deny the quality exchange.
