Who am I?
My name is Chelsea. I created Bear & Bone 5 years ago when I was looking for good quality, reasonably priced Scrunchies. I wanted something that would make my everyday routine feel luxurious while helping promote hair health and growth.
I have struggled with thin, damaged hair that breaks off my whole life. I have had clip in extensions, halo extensions and Invisible beaded extensions. I have done EVERYTHING I could to get long healthy hair the quick way. Being on this hair care journey I have realized a few things.

1) Healthy Hair starts when you decide to change your routine. Start wearing scrunchies to avoid breakage and frizz -wear toques outside when its cold, shower in cooler water to avoid damaging harsh temperature changes - Sleep with satin pillowcases.

2) Accepting where you are in your hair care journey and taking the steps to get your confidence back or achieve your goals. Drink lots of water, invest in hair products and accessories that promote healthy hair. See your hairdresser for micro trims regularly. Speak to your doctor about supplements for healthy hair, skin and nails.

3) Lastly, find what makes you confident and embrace it. If you like space buns, rock them! If you like extensions, wear them! If you prefer the "clean" look in a claw clip or low bun, do it! Good hair habits and a healthy lifestyle will help you get the hair of your dreams no matter how you wear your hair.
