Our Toddler collection is a product of our already recycled collection. We like to pride ourselves on being as close to zero waste as possible, which means we make Toddler scrunchies out of whatever is left over after we are done making our classic and narrow scrunchies. This cotton scrunchie was thoughtfully handcrafted on Quadra Island, BC by Bear & Bone's founder, Chelsea. It is created using recycled fabric leftover from projects that did not require the entirety of the fabric that was purchased.
