Shipping

At BEAR & BONE, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.
 

• Where we ship: We currently ship within Canada only.

• Processing time: Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be handcrafted prepared before it is handed to Canada Post. Each item is made or packaged with care, which ensures quality.

• Shipping time: Once your order is with Canada Post, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

• Flat rate shipping: A flat rate of $26 applies to all orders.
   

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our products. Because of the handmade or carefully curated nature of our items:

• No returns or exchanges are accepted unless your item is defective or damaged upon arrival and this is not due to shipping.

• If your order arrives defective or broken, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@bearandbone.ca with your order number and photos of the item.

• We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or website credit for the defective item.
   

Important Notes

• Please inspect your package upon arrival. Damage caused by mishandling during delivery or after delivery is not eligible for return.
